ADA Scanners provides automated website accessibility scanning, compliance reporting, and remediation suggestions based on WCAG and ADA standards.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials.
You must not share credentials with unauthorized parties.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have permission to audit.
Attempt to overwhelm or abuse our scanning infrastructure.
Reverse-engineer or redistribute our scanning methodology or reports.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Plans and Billing

Free tier includes 5 scans per month with basic reporting.
Paid plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time.
Rate limits apply to all plans as documented in our API documentation.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Data and Intellectual Property

Scan results and reports generated for your websites belong to you. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our Service. You retain all rights to your website content.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that our scans will identify all accessibility issues, and our reports should not be considered legal advice regarding ADA or WCAG compliance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADA Scanners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account and data at any time by contacting us.
